JUICE RECIPE FOR BRIGHT + GLOWY SKIN
I’m writing this blog post in the middle of New York Winter & it’s been so DRY + COLD. The glow + color in my face has slowly been disappearing and while some bronzer/makeup can do wonders, I always try to make internal shifts first because that’s where the real change happens. If your face/skin has been feeling a little extra dry & dull lately (even if it isn’t winter), this is one of my favorite juice recipes to incorporate first thing in the morning. The orange pigment in the carrots + orange are going to be your best friend here, so load them up!
Ingredients:
1 celery bunch
4 large carrots
1 sumo orange
1/2 lemon, peeled
Optional: 1 inch fresh ginger
Directions:
Wash + peel all ingredients. Chop into small pieces, run all ingredients through your juicer, and pour into class.
